I remember Itachi take a long while to perform Izanami on Kabuto,the izanami jutsu was hype up to it max (by kishimoto )before Itachi solo kabuto .Similarly Minato trying to imitate Itachi style of fighting and he unsucessfully able to perform Rasen senkou chourinbu kousanshiki jutsu .All Minato jutsu hype failed .

Has Minato admitted thst he can't do that jutsu yet? If so, then he will probably tell Naruto how to do it. Kishi wouldn't introduce a jutsu, give it hype, and then just abandon it all together.
