I know you had your own with you, but I prefer to use some from my own collection. ~_~ Now let's see...

This is a seal, to seal objects within a 'cage', if so to say. Basically it cannot be opened by ordinary means, and you have to destroy the seal, that is working as the ''chains''. So by removing the seal, you release the object beneath the garments from it's 'cage'. <.<
Though, before we do anything *Tosses it to you.* Feel free to check if you're able to open it by ordinary means, before I teach you the other way.

Hey, I know this table! And this writing kit!
I grab the object and start observing it, trying to find a way to open it by pulling from all the sides and turning it around as I do so.

It requires precise chakra control, however being(Think you are or was, atleast.), a medical student and a Sound user, that shouldn't be the biggest worry for you. Here, give it a go.

As you hand the object back to me, I start focusing on my chakra flow, calming it down and fueling it towards my left hand. As I do so, I place my hand onto the seal and start releasing my chara into it, willing it to start building up, until it builds up enough and breaks the seal. The fueling time tells me how much chakra I need to put into this specific seal in order to break it, which in return means that now I can, most likely, do the same much quicker if you were to have me try again.

*Grabs the garments and the object.* no touchy. It's my personal weapon, Sono Canute. *Places a new seal ontop of it, and it poofs away in a smokecloud. I take a step towards the garbage scattered on the ground, which I summoned earlier. I grab a regular katana and finds some other garments, and hide the katana within them. I tosses it to you, along with a blank seal and a pencil.*
Draw the Kanji for seal on the blank spot of the seal, and slam it onto the garments. Focus chakra into it, and cause kanjis to spread from the seal and engulf the garments with the katana inside. The Kanjis will work as chains, and the seal as the keyhole, or lock if so to say.

I grab the katana, along with the seal and the pencil and I prepare for the sealing. I place the katana on the ground and the seal on top of it. Then I carefully draw the kanji that represents the word "SEAL". Upon finishing, I place my left hand onto it and I start channeling my chakra into is, same as previously. As I'm doing so, the kanji starts spreading, wrapping around the object and tightening around it, making sure it's sealed properly.

Now, you know the fixed amount of chakra required for the seal. So I want you to put your index-finger ontop of it, and overpower it with a surge of chakra, causing the seal to bust, and become defunctional, whereafter the kanjis spread from the seal will vanish and the seal slide off.
Though, first check if the seal works as it should.

In order to check if the seal is factory safe, I start pulling the garments, trying to get to the katana. Without success, unfortunately. Then, while holding it with my right hand, I place my left hand onto the seal, and once again start fueling it with my chakra. This time, knowing precisely how much chakra I need to break the seal, I burstly channel chakra into it, forcing it to break and release the garments. As the seal vanishes, the garments fall onto the ground, leaving the sword in my hand.
I could so cut something, right now. :3

Once done so, this seal is mainly for usage against Jinchuurikis whenever entering their Incomplete Bijuu form. By slapping the seal onto their body, it should succesfully recede the bijuu chakra within itself, and leave the Jinchuuriki exhausted afterwards.

As you give me the new seal, I swiftly draw the kanji for suppression and I charge towards the clone. Once close, I jump and perform a 180 summersault, landing behind the clone, but facing its back. As I land, I trust my hand forward, placing the seal onto the clone's neck while keeping the hand on it, in order to fuel it with chakra. With a burst of chakra, the kanji start spreading around the clone, while it starts returning to normal, making the red cloak disappear.
(I hope the "animations" for activating the seals are same/similar for most techniques - spreading kanji)

Seeing as the beast keeps growing and closing to it's incomplete form and the seal not taking effect, I immediately grab a new one and quickly draw the kanji for suppression, once again. I arc around him in order to find myself in front of him, once again and I immediately dash towards him. "****!" I yell as I'm closing in. I trust my hand forward, while holding the seal and start channeling chakra into it. The moment I get to the jinchuriki and place the seal onto its forhead, I swiftly jump into the air, while the bijuu chakra starts suppressing.

Like summoning technique, you simply slam your palm onto the circle and fetch out a tool from the storage of the scroll. Currently this seal doesn't have any ninja tools in it. So you first you will have to store some, within it. Put a ninja tool on the circle and perform the summoning technique, however do the procces, reversed, and store the tool within the scroll. Then re-call it.

I take the new scroll form you and I take out my regular kunai. I write the kanji for "seal" onto the scroll and I place the kunai into the circle. Then again, following the previous procedure, I place my hand onto the kunai and the scroll and start building up chakra and channeling it into the seal until the kanji envelop the kunai completely and it poofs away, as a sign that it has been successfully stored. Afterwards I place my hand onto the scroll and start building up the same amount of chakra, until I break the "lock" and the kunai appears form the scroll. Then I grab it and throw it at a nearby tree.

So, it seems to me that the kanji on this one represents explosion. Most likely some sort of a seal that activates when certain criteria are met. I'd shoot a guess and say it activate when opponents are near. I believe that in order to achieve an effect like this, we need precise chakra control and a careful amount which would emanate from the seal and once in contact with the opponents chakra, explode.
