Currently Minato use TNJ to distracted Obito about hokage stuffs ,which result Obito being hit by a basic resengan,why Resenganshiriken did not work?.Obito have rinnegan,Jubi power,MS senju chakra and sensory capability but he could not counter Naruto resengan.
