He only told him "What's the Rush" because soon he felt Hashirama's chakra appear, so he was waiting for him to return to fight him for the last time.

If he didn't care about Tsuki-No-Me he wouldn't have cared if Obito became the Juubi Jinchuurki, but as he became the Jinchuuriki, he is not caring about Hashi much as he needs to preform his "Trump Card"

1.Itachi-he has proven time and time again that he can come up with a plan and/or plans to best his enemy and he skillfully uses the enemy's personality and skill against themselves to make his plan come to life.
2. Shikimaru (Nara clan)-him and the rest of his clan are geniuses at birth,they all are strategist and think about things and factors most people would never consider
3. Hashirama/Tobirama-hashi has beaten madara not because he is super powerful but because he was able to out smart madara at the end. tobi knew of the uchiha curse before any one and lived his life trying to figure out ways to keep them content. oh and FYI tobi didn't fail at anything kabuto and orochimaru used his forbidden jutsu (ET) dats not his fault they found it and used it.
4. Minato-he figured out how to defeat obito in record F*cking time lol it took every body pretty much the whole time to figure that out and even then they couldnt hit him. Minato one hit solo'ed him then fought the 9 tails.
5. Kakashi-we seen through out the series that kakashi is super intelligent from when he was yung until now. no doubt about it sure he lost a few time but every one does thats y he's 5 cuz he is highly intelligent but due to his condition (always active sharingan) he loses.

Wisdom: madara already showed his wisdom when he taught obito about how the world has winners and losers, and how to get rid of that.

Strategy: madara already destroyed the HQ and no one figured that out.

Battles: Madara already showed that he has the greatest knowledge on ninjutsu/genjutsu/taijutsu and has counters for all of them despite he never actually seen them. he knew about Mei KKG, Ay's speed, Tsunade's byakugo, Onoki's jinton, Gaara's sand and countered all of them despite never seeing them with such ease.

Plans: madara is master mind manipulator. he is pretty much the reason behind most of the things that happened in the series. kyuubi konoha attack, uchiha massacre, all of the shinobi worlds wars including the fourth, the reason of the thousands have died. he already set up plans for his tskuyomi eye moon and even obito became jinch yet madara already plan behind that as well.

in intelligence and knowledge there isn't character who can be superior or equal in terms of intelligence to madara.

I just told you that he needed to be revived, which is why he needed Nagato to revive him, yet when he was revived using Edo Tensei the first thing he asked was about Nagato.
Then his next option was Obito so using the Zetsu half of Obito, made Obito begin using Rinne Tensei to revive him so he can become the host of the Juubi.
