I didn't include The Third Hokage Hiruzen since it's stated that he's the strongest Kage of his time.

THANK YOU! I really liked that you didn't include Hiruzen. If you had then everyone would go on and on about how he would get destroyed, waaay too many people hate on Hiruzen even though, other than the 1st hokage and SO6P, he was the only ninja to attain the title "God of Shinobi".

Onoki is a middle range type so it wil be an advantage for 3rd Kazakage.....

But Onoki can change the weight of sand but only when he had a chance to made a contact with kazakage's special sand so I doubt it...

Yeah, as a sign of respect for the Third and last person to be called "God of Shinobi", I didn't include him since he already proved his strength

Most of ppl overratng him as wel and for me he the best kage and nic person in entire NV ..and I dnt think one can attain the title of GOS bcoz they are strong,All of them got that title bcoz they did alot to achive peace in shinobi world, all of them are kind
and they got the title of GOS bcoz of thire peaceful motives ........

I'm not sure about this. Gaara will defeat Sasori if they meet in one-on-one battle, but mainly thanks to the plot. Sasori is one of the strongest Akatsuki members.

Kazekage wins. 3rd Raikage's defence can't block Dust Release. Oonoki vs Kazekage would be a good fight since Kazekage can block Dust Release with his Iron Sand. Since Dust Release is quite chakra draining compared to Iron Sand, I believe Kazekage can outlast Oonoki

Oonoki wins! I'm pretty sure dust release which contains earth element beats lightning armor. There's a reason Kishi had him elsewhere when Raikage was attacking.
