Most people are saying that Tobirama needs a mark for Hiraishingiri and it is a variant of Hiraishin. Well, that is wrong, for the most part. It is a variant of Hiraishin, but slower. More like a Shunshin-Hiraishin speed, somewhere in the middle. You also need no tags because you do not teleports. Look at this picture.
