Itachi can blend because underneath his itachi look there is an alive ninja which was used for edo tensei and he has blood and organs but about them being able to make babies depends on if the live sacrifice shinobi dies after edo tensei has been cast . If they don't die then 100% they have a baby with anyone even another edo tensei.
