Dude, this makes no sense. Madara clearly stated Tsunade's regeneration ability is the SAME as Hashirama's, and not a SIMILAR or a WEAKER version.

I'd still put Hashirama over Tsunade, even though it is only hype. If she herself says that she's nothing special in terms of medical ninjutsu when compared to her grandfather, that's saying something in and of itself when considering the fact that Hashirama wasn't even a medic.

In fact, it's a shame that Tsunade's under these people who aren't even medics (Kabuto doesn't even count any more). And she's supposed to be the foremost expert at medical ninjutsu.

Well this wasn't stated. The Byakugou is an advanced version of the Sozo Saize and it probably has no side effects.

They are assumptions, but they can be supported by manga pages. It was stated the Senjus were skilled in everything. And Hashirama has no feats using medical ninjutsu ( especially on others ), so Tsunade > Hashirama in terms of medical ninjutsu.

The Hayflick Limit cannot be avoided if Tsunade implied that the Byakugou was an advanced version of the Sozo Saize in which split her cells into divisions at a quick interval. Then one can speculate that her cells split into divisions even quicker than they did while Sozo Saize was activated.

Thus, her lifespan would still be shortened greatly, there is no refuting The Hayflick Limit.
