Of course, Kirin is far stronger than the fodder's Taijutsu.
if Gai is fodder then I don't know what pre-Itachi Sasuke is :O

karin didn't even go through itachi's 2nd level of susanoo, which makes karin = fodder
One fire technique and then a few minutes of waiting for the storm clouds. Thats a few minutes more prep time than Hirudora.
@Shikiruire -- The only time it's been used it only singed Itachi's eyebrows. Sorry, seems incredibly lame to me![]()

Hebi Sasuke is stronger than overrated Gai.
Pressurized air blast > Fodderized lightning bolt. I win
P.S. Gai > all Uchiha

took him an entire chapter to beat Orochifodder
took him 6 chapters to beat a dude who's fodder against raiton (Sasuke's best possible matchup)
I barely see Gai in top20s
he's definitely underrated
Hirudora didn't even kill Kisame.
Personally I don't think he's underrated at all.. he isn't that important of a character, so he's just fine where he is now.took him an entire chapter to beat Orochifodder

hebi sasuke is clearly fodder
as for Gai I barely see him in top20
he's definitely underrated
Gai never intened on killing kisame, he wanted to get info from him before he die, also he was like the 3rd remaining member from the akutski

Hebi Sasuke is the underrated, Mastered Sharingan, Mastered Curse Seal level 2 (let him fly), good Katon, best Raiton, good Genjutsu, very fast, Snake's summons and jutsus...
