i agree totally! following naruto, we know it is his nature at the beginning of all his fights. but the moment he gets ready to finish it, he does unlike sasuke. however though, sasuke is way cooler, calmer but when it comes to being smart and intelligent, they both are on par. however, naruto is more powerful than sasuke.

naruto's weekness is his sentiments/emotions that influences his fights while sasuke works with logic.

You're joking right? Sasuke doesn't make big long plans. Sasuke charges in to a fight like Naruto and make plans along the way for a situation. Naruto's jutsus are always fast, they aren't impractical and require huge prep like Kirin, so he doesn't need to plan to prep something like that, so you can't judge his ability to do so.
