I honestly think Minato's plan was going to be to constantly teleport around Obito from different sides to attack from in order for Naruto and Sasuke to have a chance of firing a crazy powerful technique. Lol I find it funny that Minato went to such lengths of a nickname for a move what seems so simple for him.

Not sure what Rasen means but it might have something to do with wind. Rasen shuriken is like a wind shuriken so that's where my logic lies. We'll see if I'm right soon enough

whatever it is, it must be really powerful. powerful enough to defeat juubito. minato is well aware of the abilities/power of juubito and still wants to perform it with so much passion it's got to be something big otherwise it wouldn't be dragged two chapters

dude you have to understand that they are up against juubito - ten tails close to SO6P power

16 years ago, obito used minato's wife and his baby so that minato can focus more on protecting kushina and his baby

now he is doing the same thing. He is targeting naruto and sasuke therefore making minato focus more on protecting them then actually doing successful attacks
