But tsunade did most of the work when she fought edo madara...

Tsunade has got to have some type of jutsu other than taijutsu and healing...even if she did it wouldnt be long range enough

yes she would lose. EMS madara was not even serious when fighting Tsunade. he did not even kill her. when Naruto asked Madara about the kages, he told "they are not ok" which means he didnt kill them but left them handicapped(unconscious). if he killed them, he would have said "they are gone" or something like that.
