Yeah that's pretty much all I'm seeing, they haven't presented a single scan that proves that Sasuke's CS equals Madara's CS.
The 9 tails used to be bigger then it is now.
The 9 tails shattered mountains or created Tsunami's with a swing of one of its tails.
The 9 tails used to be able to step on top of buildings.
Madara's Susanoo is only slightly smaller the the old 9 tails.
And even then in the Five Kage Fight, CS alone left the Five Kage flabbergasted even after seeing Sasuke's Susanoo.
And if you check there are no legs shown in that pic before Madara stabilized it.
In Madara's complete Susnaoo he stands on its head while Sasuke's CS he stands inside of it.
kyuubi is on the same size level of the other bijuu - seeing as all bijuu from 1 to 8 have been shown to be roughly the same size, therefore assuming kyuubi is 2x bigger than them is simply retarded -and bunta is on the level of shukaku. [

Therefore, since V3(CS) is much bigger than V2, and V2 is already closing in on Tailed beast levels, we can logically assume that CS will be on the level of Bijuu if not just slightly smaller.
With all of this in mind, and taking into account that the less resiliant sword of susano'o was able to block a susano'o and susano'o was able to completely shield madara from the blast of the attack, we can deduce that the body and/or shield of sasuke's susano'o has at the veery least a 90% chance of completely blocking a kyuubi-dama. Will it hold up to a barrage? I don't know, but saying it can't block one is utter rubbish.
