Lee looses pretty bad, Sanji can take anything Lee has to offer the only way Lee would win is if he used Sexy no Jutsu... Too bad he can't even use ninjutsu

Diable Jambe would kill Lee, honestly none of the K11 can fight one of the monster trio and win except for naruto, sasuke and arguably Sakura. I just can't see Lee hurting him enough to where he doesn't get back up

Except the databooks say Lee has a .5 in ninjutsu this would mean he has at least some skill in ninjutsu enough to preform a simple d-rank jutsu

And even if he doesn't use it Sanji still wins
