The Best Water User

Now, I felt the need to make this thread for the main purpose on informing people who truly is the best suiton styled shinobi in Naruto. Over the past few weeks many people HAVE been getting this wrong and trying to defend their opinions on the matter with barley any manga evidence.

The obvious answer is Tobirama. For he is far too great of a suiton user for the likes of great water elemental styled shinobi like Kisame to contend with!

It's true. Tobirama>>>Kisame in everything.

Kisame sucks compared to him with swords, Tobirama one shotted Izuna.

Tobirama can use the Water Dragon Bullet with one hand seal, Kisame can't even use the jutsu.

Tobirama is more attractive.

Even Samehada left Kisame. .

Kisame can't even beat Tenten.

I was wrong, all glorious Tobirama fans! Lord Tobirama solos Kisame with Water Dragon Spam!

Based on manga feats alone...I'd say the Tobirama is not as good as Kisame in Suiton.

However, going on what has been said of his Suiton....Kisame would only be a testament to how good his is (if he's supposed to be better at it than Kisame based on Hype).

3. Super Water Shark Missle
4. Five Man eating sharks
5. Water prison
6. Water Clones
7. Water Prison scroll Trap
8. Tidal wave...of a shit load of sharks
9. May have missed it but Water Wall?! I can't remember him ever using it.


Tobirama

1. Water Wall
2. Water Dragon
3. All performed with limited seals...and with only a fraction of his current strength


Conclusion

Based on manga feats...Kisame is the reigning Suiton Master; however, also based on the manga, it is theoretically plausible that Tobirama possesses extremely powerful Suiton that could surpass our True Blue Akatsuki member.
