As I start going down...it's mostly becoming general character flaws lol

Hanzo: Solo'd the Sannin and a platoon of Konoha Shinobi, and yet all he has to show are a few explosive tag moves and a godly kasa skills?! Also....ends up looking like a joke against Pain and Mifune.

Kisame: At first was treated almost like Itachi's lap dog during the introduction....but I respect that he wasn't a douche to his partner....just wished he had placed his own insight....doesn't matter...Kisame is badass.

Naruto: RASENGAN (I think you get it)

Tobirama: Never allowed to escape his own move w/handseals, grand water style....uses no water style.

Obito: Once he lost his mask....his personality just got 10X more childish.

Itachi: Unnessicarily powered up....overrated by many

Shino: little panel time

Kiba: Acts as childish as Naruto, but has no back story or loss to make up for it.

Tenten: no development :/

Ino: Weak in physical combat
