So he created this whole crap of a fight.. and embarrased himself just to get some dna? Cause as I recall, he didn't get a portion of Hashirama's body from the fight.. if he did I would understand.. He simply got his dna. You know dna, something he could've gotten normally by tricking Hashirama or having a normal duel with him.

But instead Madara chose to put himself in a situation where he nearly died.. all cause of some DNA? Really?

He originally planned on killing Hashirama and getting the DNA from his corpse; him getting DNA in the end was just a partial completion to his goal.

Madara simply stated he escaped death (somehow) , and then put Hashirama's dna inside his wounds... That kind hints that he fought Hashirama for revenge.. but the dna was the last choice he had to survive.

Hashirama's decision to keep Madara alive lead to the peace between the Uchiha clan and the Senju. Killing Hashirama.. A guy who was feared by ALL. The guy who kept countries in check..... The guy who had tailed beasts as pets.. I'm pretty Sure noone would've been able to stop him. And also, are you stating that the village would be able to find Madara? that Madara couldn't have gone to a another country and hid? lol. The same Senju forces and the same Tobirama that feared Hashirama....

And who said he didn't die from disease? Who said he died in battle? Goku was wearing his normal fighting attire when he was hit by the disease in middle of a fight..
