Well, but Tsunade is a close range fighter and Tobirama has long ranged water attacks, if she mannaged to reach him or try to crack the ground he stands he can just telleport away.

Tsunade is the third strongest Hokage imo.To be honest she beats Hiruzen and Tobirama with low difficulty.
I know that the second Hokage has the power to use space time Ninjutsu...however it's still not confirmed if he can cut somebody's head off with it.Asuma for example (4.5 speed) needed Shikamaru's shadow tech to decapitate
Hidan(3.5 speed).This leads me to the assumption that you need a high coordination to kill somebody,if you are moving very fast.The question is:does Tobirama has that coordination?

Tobirama beats her since he performed a very fast jutsu that can easily cut her head off... with her speed feats she has no chance of dodging a spice time ninjutsu which is instant

Minato doesn't really need explanation

now only Hiruzen is left
I'm an actual Tsunade / Sannin fan so I hope Hiruzen doesn't get impressive feats which whould make Tsunade, my favourite character along with Sasuke and Orochimaru , the weakest Hokage (by feats) :'(

Hiruzen is top 10. A lot of people underestimate him for some reason but his feats easily put him around top 7, hands down. So obviously he's far above Tsunade.
