Sasuke is already better Naruto.. why make him stronger?

His arsenal may have more variety than Naruto, but Sasuke is lacking power.

I agree, just seems to me like Naruto outclasses Sasuke in so many aspects. There's no way Sasuke is keeping up with Naruto's speed which is the main reason I see Sasuke eventually getting another power up but I'm unsure if the Rinnegan would help Sasuke balance out the speed difference.

I don't want Sasuke to have that Dojutsu. Only Nagato and S06P were worthy of that power. Madara and Obito basically had a featless Rinnegan. I've speculated that Sasuke might get a time related power. Itachi can has time properties in his genjutsu. Sasuke might use that power in the physical world. I also would rather see Sasuke obtain the Elders Eyes over Rinnegan.

IMO sasuke needs at least perfected tsukuyomi,amaterasu on a way higher level(so he can spam it like gaara spams his sand).perfect susanoo,yata mirror and totsuka sword to be able to come close to naruto

There's no such thing as perfect Tsukuyomi or Amaterasu. There is Perfect Susanoo.

Perfect susanoo is what he needs right now. Sasuke has a huge part to play, i believe he will somehow awaken the rinnegan at the verge of death after fighting juubito, he will gift his eyes to naruto and die(tragedy). Thus causing naruto to go ape shit, sasukes powers combined with the bijjus chakra will allow naruto to meet the rikudo in his subconscious and finally attain the full power of the sage of the 6 paths and defeat obito and save the world. The end.

Sasuke doesn't have the body and chakra levels for the Rinnegan. Once he gets Perfect Susanoo then he surpasses current Naruto. Naruto is bound to get the other half but that won't do as much as people are thinking; so EMS Sasuke with PS > Current Naruto. Naruto's power-up, that will put him on the top of the manga is through the Bijuu's chakra he gained.

Another thing; Not once have we seen Sasuke go all out with EMS. The EMS is immensely powerful as displayed by EMS Madara. Wait till he masters it or comes into the mold.

Well, yeah it's very obvious Kishi is holding back Sasuke for something big. Sasuke hasn't went all out since his fight with Danzo which was hundreds of chapters ago. Ever since his fight with Danzo, he's been overshadowed by everyone. First with Itachi and Kabuto, then with Orochimaru and The Hokages and now with Obito and Madara. It's so obvious Kishi is holding him back for something.

While we haven't seen EMS Sasuke go all out, I do think he's going to get a power up.

There's either two scenarios I want to see

1) He stays with EMS, just unlocks its full potential

Perfect Susanno (Enton Coated) - He'll learn to stabilize his Susanno in battle. He awakened higher stages of Susanno in previous battles and it'll be the same for perfect Susanno.

Yata Mirror and Totsuka Sword - He has Itachi's eyes and can apparently feel his power flowing through him. I think Itachi gave the weapons to Sasuke to protect him before he left as an Edo.

Unique NEW EMS Power - The Jutsu that Itachi spoke of.

2) He unlocks the Elder Son's eyes. We find out that they're actually stronger then the Rinnegan which is not impossible. Sometimes evolutions are stronger then the originals. Besides, Kishi could find a way to explain why nobody else knows about the eye therefore not being included when Rinnegan was called the strongest eye.

Yea, but at that point in the manga it'll be clear that they are above the rest (Only one to compare would be Current Obito). I believe the PS will be Enton coated because of Sasuke's mastery with it. He's so proficient. I hope Sasuke gets PS within the next 10 chapters to fight Madara.

I think if he were to get it (Which I have my theory on which is a great possibility) the only mode he'll have it in is "Rikudou Mode" which full be Full BM (With Yin+Yang) and the Rinnegan and his attire will basically mirror the Sage of the Six Paths (Full Horns and silhouette) and we know the Sage looks good with it.
