Did anyone else notice that the symbol on his back is the Rinnegan & Sharingan combined?!

I don't understand what you're saying but on Obitos back you can clearly see that the rinnegan is also a tomme.

Sage's Rinnegan had not the Tomoe. The new Jinchuuriki has hatred inside, unlike the Sage.

I see what you mean. The circle is just one big tomme. The sages circle on his cloak doesn't have the tail on it

But sharingan is not known for having only one tomoe but rather 2 or 3. In his back only a rinnegan pattern can be seen, I don't how you guys see a combination with sharingan there..

The fact that the rinnegan design that it shares with Rikudou also has a hook on the bottom that makes the entire rinnegan design also form a tomoe. This detail is absent from Rikudou's Rinnegan back design. It also doesn't need 2 or 3 to be a representative design, much like the rinnegan design in the pictures don't necessarily need to have the same amount of rings to represent the rinnegan.

It represents the Juubi's Eye and is a part of some theming elements regarding Obito's Sharingan/Rinnegan split.

In addition to the tomoe tail and vertical bar, that are not in the Sage's symbol, the number of concetric circles differs. Sage's symbol has an extra circle.
