I'd say for the most part these people are arguably stronger than Gaara, and they are all stronger than Neji.

Still....Neji is defiantly a competent, and makes the top 50, but I'd have to sit down and think of where to put him considering the large number of characters.

Kakuzu=hm interesting, I'll have to think about this one
Kisame=elemental advantage, overall he is not stronger.
Sasori=I give this to Garra
Nagato=Garra would actually put up a very good fight, but he would lose
Itachi=Garra>=Itachi. The only issue Itachi really possesses over Garra is the possibily of being caught in genjutsu, as everone else. The only difference for Garra is that he's a long range fighter, so he can eliminate the threat.
Madara-EMS Madara, PS would be Garra's downfall
Tobirama-we cant speak of this, he has no feats.
Hashirama-of course
Minato-alive Minato, this could honestly go either way. Garra has the ability to elminate ftg, Minato's go to move.
Tsunade-no
Hiruzen-no
Hanzo- possbily
Trollkage-they already fought
Muu-50-50
Third Raikage=only due to elemental advantage

Ay-hm, this is tough. Ay have element advantage, but his defense isnt as great as his fathers

ummmm no shukakau was a realativly weak bijuu and tho it would make him stronger he would still get crushed by the actuall top guyz

Uhh, no. I'll tell you like I have told you and others on my many alts. Bringing half-witted "logic" to support your character and your character only will not get you anywhere. Sure, changing the words to itallic and fonting it garamond with 1 million spoilers of "proof" makes you look like a genius in the eyes of some, but in actuality, it doesn't.

Who said Itachi wasn't able to get close? Again, you are giving your character INFINITE PREP TIME. Itachi is not going to let him set up a desert or anything that will benefit him, and neither will Sasuke or anyone else high up there.

Itachi wasn't trying on CS2 Sasuke and on 3 Tomoe kakashi. Kakashi even stated that it wasn't even half of his power.

Even if Gaara had Shukaku it wouldn't make him much stronger so he'd one of the top 10 strongest,not even top 15.

Kakashi is not in the top 10 for me. Everyone has their own opinions. Deal with it.

Alive nagato can't utilize the abilties like Edo Nagato did, but that's a different story.
Otherwise, pretty good but Kabuto should be higher, Minato should be 8-10 or not on there, I don't see tobirama getting past top 13.

It may actually make him weaker in a sense.

If he could control Shukaku than msybee as it would add to his chakra reserve and a TB form like Bee and Naruto; however, Shikaku is not the best Tailed Beast as well as the fact he seemed content NOT to co-operate. As such, a transformed Gaara would risk hurting his own people.

Hard to say considering we do not know Shukaku's extent of power.

It's okay for prep time, but to prepare almighty attacks like that, Gaara needs tons and tons of prep time.

Gaara doesn't require prep time. He can create more sand from the ground. One clap and he can attack while creating sand all at once. [

Do you not know what kirin is?

Yes, Its an attack that Sasuke has never even attempted to use other than against Itachi, but I digress. Kirin is the the eptimome of requiring prep. No single battle Jutsu requires more prep. This is a non-factor as Sasuke won't last long enough to use said Jutsu.

A single shot arrow that can be easily blocked by Gaara's Sand.

If your going to quote me, do it correctly. I said "No real long range options". Naruto can throw a Kage Bunshin at someone, but that doesn't mean he has a sound long range motif.

Second, imperial funeral is roughly the size of susano'o. And shukaku gaara probably doesn't even have this attack, Gaara has been getting stronger over the time that shippuden has been running.

First, War Arc Gaara is weaker than Jin Gaara. The removal of the Shukaku weakend, slowed, and gave him less range over his sand.

Second, Sabaku Sotaiso is much larger than Susano'O.

EMS Sasuke and MS Itachi can keep gaara on the ropes that he has no time to set up the battlefield as he did with kimimaro. I might add that kimimaro survived gaara's almighty onslaught but ultimately fell due to his illness. So if CS2 Defense can survive gaara's desert setup and then the onslaught that ensues..susano'o can't?

It crushes Sasuke and Itachi. Not Susano'O. Kimmimaro is also extremely durable as has a regeneration factor.

To truly damage Itachi or Sasuke, he needs infinite prep time which you guys defending him are giving him

We have not given him one bit of prep.

I am curious, exactly what boost would having Shukaku in him give him? Would it increase his chakra reserves and his sand manipulation?

His Sand was more durable, his sand was faster, he had bigger chakra reserves, and his manipulation was superior.

Anyways, Jin Gaara beats Itachi/EMS Sasuke. So depending on the way you rank characters he can be top 10

Neji jus plain and simple didnt get enough screen time he is a genius and when you see him fight he seems like he always has an ace up his sleeve but he just didnt show enough tho he has genius level intelect like sasuke itachi or minato
