Roy Mustang is the very picture of an attractive, sophisticated man in the prime of life. With his dark, piercing eyes and clean-shaven, baby-faced visage, the infamous ninja attracts a great deal of attention from admirers. Roy's dark hair - perhaps in keeping with his persona - is worn casually unkempt, falling over his eyes; in more formal or sombre situations, however, he is known to wear it neatly slicked back.
Even while in his ninja outfit, Roy will often don other impressive accoutrements, such as a long, black cloak and black formal-wear gloves. The cloak covers both his hands and has a fitted hood in which he is able to hide his identity when required.
Personality:
On the surface, Roy seems to be a shallow and self-absorbed man, infamous among many of his colleagues and subordinates alike for the selfish and narcissistic aura he gives off. Although, still no where near as arrogant as his young protégé Scaze ( c: ). Mustang acts mostly out of self-interest rather than any sort of philanthropy. He comes off to most as a sort of cocky layabout, shirking most of his duties and delegating his paperwork to subordinates while sitting idly at his desk with an amused smile on his face as he procrastinates, but quick to take action when it appears that there is glory and military notoriety to be gained. Roy is expertly manipulative and prone to think several steps ahead of those around him, giving him a remarkable talent for making subordinates act exactly as he wishes despite appearing not to have had a hand in their decisions - all traits which make the fact that he has managed to attain the lofty rank of Kage at such a young age a matter of public gossip.
At the core, he is a remarkably devoted villager whose primary focus and personal duty is to his friends and subordinates. Though he hides it well behind a veil of cynicism and self-importance, Roy Mustang is a man who cares deeply about the people who trust and support him and goes to great lengths to ensure their safety and well-being, even at the risk of his own. As a man with considerable power, Mustang considers himself a protector to those without and acts accordingly, earning the staunch loyalty of his most trusted compatriots.
However, despite such love for his village and companions, he has his own goals in mind and would easily throw it all away if it means getting a single step closer to the completion his own aims. Roy tends to completely hide this part of his personality in order to be fully trusted and informed in whatever plans that may be taking place within his village.
Before becoming the man he is, Roy had been nothing more than a coward, however after several events in his life, his personality was altered to make him the man that he is today.

History:
It had it had been exactly 8 years after the incident with the letter. During that time, Roy had continuously travelled back and forth between the Land of Earth and the Land of Lightning, learning the ways of his clan from master Roku. Roku’s teaching methods were quite unusual, Roy had always wondered whether his training was actually serious or a plot to have Iwagakure lose some of it’s ninjas, considering he was one of three who traveled to the Land of Lightning for this training. He was always aware that Kumogakure was in the Land of Lightning, it’s highly possible that this was a trap to take out the Iwa nins and gather information from their dead bodies. But these thoughts would always be cast out the moment they enter Roy’s mind. Roku is not the type of man to stoop so low, he could fight a whole village with his power, why would he need to resort to such cheap tricks?!
During his thoughts, Roy would be interrupted or rather blocked considering the two men were standing on a thin mountain path, a mountain on Roy’s right and a cliff on his left. Roy had come across thousands of people in his journeys to and from Iwagakure, but this man had a sense of danger about him. He remained stationary, not revealing his face or clothing. First thing Roy noticed was the mans unusual size and body structure, he seemed almost twice as big as the average man, his looks were almost unnatural. Roy’s main concern was walking past the man, he knew he couldn’t simply walk past, the man’s size wouldn’t allow it. Using chakra to walk on the mountain size was another choice, but Roy had no intention of revealing that he was a ninja, he was in unknown territory, he knew that a peace treaty meant nothing to those driven by hatred. The two villages had clashed in past wars, there was no telling what could happen.
’’Oyy, you’re in m-’’, before he could his sentence, the man begins to run at him furiously, Roy did not understand but he no longer felt the need to hide the fact that he was a ninja, even if he did want to, how could he? His life was on the line. Without wasting a second Roy runs up on the mountain side to his right whilst materializing water beneath his opponent, making him lose a balance and shoot him up into the air, uncloaking him as it does so. Roy is simply surprised by what he sees. ’’A fish? What is thi-’’, despite his size, the blue thing which had fish like features had managed to come land on the same piece of land which it was launched off from, without falling to the side of the cliff.
''A Kumogakure ninja using Water jutsus? How abnormal.'' He said, Roy then suddenly realized the reason he was being attacked, he raises his hand to touch his forehead, it was as he thought, he had taken off his Iwagakure headband during his energy training with Master Roku.
Ahaha, you confuse me with someone else, fish-san. I do not hail from this land, I'm merely here for my own purposes. Roy then reaches into his pouch to get his headband out to prove he wasn’t from Kumogakure, but the other ninja took this as an offensive action and launched an attack which was destroyed the very ground they were standing on as well as parts of the side of the mountain, Roy was not prepared for such a thing, he froze, was this it? Was this how he was going to die? With all these thoughts running through his head, he notices two shadows ‘forming’ to his left and right. Confused, Roy turns his head to his left first to see no other than Hazama. Hazama stood there with his black trousers, hat and blazer as his green hair flutters helplessly in the wind. Roy then turns his head to his right, noticing Tsunayoshi standing there, being a hothead, he had already gone to the extent of covering his fists in Fire, giving him a fierce devil like look. The two men then ran towards the enemy as Roy regained his composure, before he even knew it, the two men had the opponent pinned down and restrained.
''Who are you working for?'' Said Tsuna, not wasting any time at all with his questioning. He had always been one to get straight to the point, attack first, think later, that was his motto. However, this time, despite the way Roy felt about that, it had worked. The mysterious ninja had wasted no time in revealing his mission to the three ninjas standing before him. The Village of Kirigakure had been plotting to attack Kumogakure and his mission happened to be to take back a Kumogakure ninja in order to to gain some information on the opposing village to make the planned attack easier.
''It seems we have to be careful when coming to train with Roku-sama'', said Hazama as he looked over to his comrades. The three men nodded in agreement, but deep inside, Roy felt ashamed. Why could he not fight back when it was only one opponent standing before him? Roy had always been a proud man, but within minutes all his confidence had been crushed. Was this how all his fights were going to be? All the tactics and plans he had made for situations like this didn't even cross his mind, combat was different. There is no time to think clearly and initiate such plans, especially not the way he was. Promising himself he'd change, Roy headed back on his journey home alongside his friends and fellow villagers.
A couple of days after arriving back in Iwagakure, Roy, whilst in his little home thought about what it mean being a ninja and he knew that he had everything but the battle experience necessary, as he attempts to forget his troubles and carry on with his sleep, he suddenly notices the constant ringing that had been filling the air with its irritating noise, he had been so lost in his thoughts he hadn't even realized that, that was the noise which awoken him from his sleep. Roys groans as he begins to get up from his bed, there was no point in coming up with tactics and plans if he couldn't incorporate them when in battle. With this in mind, he knew he had to go train, so he headed towards the Iwagakure training fields in hopes of challenging someone strong, someone who could push him to his limits. Upon arriving, much to his disappointment, Roy couldn't see anyone fighting, in fact the training grounds looked completely evacuated, no kids running around, no Genins training, no ongoing training regimes, where on earth was everyone?
That's when it hit him. The ringing, he thought, so lost in his thoughts, he hadn't even considered what the noise was. Iwagakure was under attack. Roy froze, why would Iwagakure be attacked at such a time? All the villages were at peace, and Roy was far from capable of battling in his current state, before he could even think about hiding away, a ninja appears quickly and guides him to the Kage office.
Roy, you're going to go out and fight a Konoha invader. He's currently located near the Eastern gates. It wasn't a question, it was an order. Roy couldn't even make an excuse to back out as the Kage had already moved on from him. So be it, Roy whispered to himself, he had to step up and fight against this invader.
After several minutes of gathering his ninja equipment from his room, Roy's fears struck up on him, he didn't want to fight this guy, he shouldn't have to. They can send someone else, yes, there are lots of other capable ninjas, he persuaded himself. Not to look like a coward, Roy decided to send a clone out to observe the fights whilst he remained hidden in his room.
The clone went out to see, only to observe nothing. There was nobody there, nobody had been sent out to fight this invader who was now closing in. After an agonizing 5 seconds, the clone did something which seemed impossible. It was a replica of a coward, yet it decided to step up and fight this invader. Of course, the invader had no idea it was a clone, so it was at an advantage, worst thing that can happen in this situation is Roy gets information about the invader if the clone is defeated. The clone then ran in, engaging the brightly haired colour man in a fight to the death...
After several minutes of non-stop fighting, the brightly coloured hair man had made a mistake of showing his weapon. Roy had been taught a special jutsu which causes the majority of weapons to be used against their wielder, and with this jutsu, the clone managed to burn the man's face and hand quite violently, which caused him to disappear in a flash. The dispersion of the clone transferred all the information back to Roy. This sudden burst of information made him realize he wasn't as useless as he thought, he was a Kiyoshi for gods sake! Kiyoshi's are a rare breed of ninjas, and with the addition of his other acquired special skills, Roy managed to see he wasn't as weak as he had assumed. This sudden burst of confidence was what he needed. I'll take care of this war, he thought. With this in mind and his will stronger than ever, Roy jumped out of his room and ran towards the front line, planning to take on whatever came his way...

Kiyoshi
Kiyoshi ability deals with powerful strikes and giving attacks a more explosive and pulsive effect as well as using energy. The secret to the Kiyoshi Clan’s abilities lies in utilizing chakra at its purest and most natural (and semi-tangible) form. This ranges from shooting pulses of energy to using chakra to expand the range of weapons to surging one’s chakra into another’s body through contact. Members of the Kiyoshi Clan focus much of their effort in acquiring the ability to focus in on and sense Energy so that they can gather the Energy from the environment and utilize it. As such, the members that are more adept at feeling Energy can locate the specific Energy sources of living entities (trees, animals, and most human beings) and non-living objects alike since all things of the world, in Kiyoshi Philosophy, give off some sort of energy of their own, be it spiritual, physical, or natural (physical energy is extremely difficult to sense because of its lack of metaphysical properties). The Kiyoshi Clan’s fighting style is a mix of Tai Chi (to control calm movement of energy, best utilized by Kiyoshi Masters), Hung Ga (to control stable and powerful movement of energy), and Northern Shaolin Kung Fu (for close combat). The Kiyoshi Clan’s energy is based to be sent out in pulses. When in combat, they can utilize the energy, which causes their hands and/or feet to glow whatever color coincides with their personality and ability [green, blue, red, white, ect. (Distinct colors only occur in Kiyoshi Generals and higher)] and when they direct an attack, right before contact an invisible/visible “pulse” of chakra is sent out of their fists/feet to make an explosive effect when a clan member delivers a punch or kick that can send the opponent back many feet. Movement also plays a big role in the use of pure chakra/energy. The larger/bigger the motion during movement made to utilize energy, the more energy will be produced. Masters of the Kiyoshi art are signified by a significant glow in their eyes when utilizing the energy, and they can use it much more effectively than normal members. The ability is called Konki Myaku (Energy Pulse). (The reason why those with Kekei Genkai cannot utilize the ability is because their chakra is different from regular chakra and their bloodline effects their chakra in a way that it is configured to work a certain way, thus their chakra can never be “pure”. People with Tailed Beasts can learn to purify their chakra, but it would be nearly impossible due to their bijuu’s influence on their chakra.)

After years of travelling and scouring the ninja world for the sake of finding a home as well as new abilities he could achieve, Roy managed to win a tournament set up by a mad man known as Nexus which allowed him to gain an ability to flush his body with natural energy upon his will, giving him a burst of power which he could use at any time he wished. After gaining the first level of the bite, Roy had managed to practise using it to an extent which allowed him to go on and open a second, greater and power powerful version of the same skill. (I've had Curse Mark for more than 2 months, which by the new rules allows me to get Level 2.)
When activating his Curse Mark level 1, Roy gets black dotted lines all over his skin as well as darkened eyes. Veins on his arms and forehead are pushed towards his outer skin and Roy gains a darker and completely different personality.
When activating his Curse Mark Level 2, Roy gains a dark outer skin capable of protecting him from simple Kunai/Katana attacks and hunched body structure which greatly resembles that of Kiba once he's activated/used his Ninken form. In this form, Roy would have small black spikes coming out of every inch of his body (excluding eyes), making it impossible to touch him without being pierced. Furthermore, similarly to Sasuke's wings, Roy would have two crow's feet coming out from the area below his left and right arm, allowing extra taijutsu/Kenjutsu abilities and prowess, with the claws being able to fight equally against a normal Katana, as well as having the ability to 'scratch' the opponents skin open, just like a normal sword would, however they can easily be cut via a chakra channelled weapon. (I don't know how far we can go with this, so make edits if needed)

Description: The user wills the opening of the cursed seal partially, giving him more chakra and more strength, as the Senjutsu Chakra contained within the seal is unleashed upon the users body in a reduced amount. Patterned red lines that extend from the Cursed Seal on the body of the user course through the user's body, covering it in a repetitive pattern as their body surges with chakra. (Ten no Juin: Ni) - Heaven's Cursed Seal: Level 2

Description: After opening the first level of the seal, the user forcefully opens the seal completely, unleashing the full extent of Senjutsu Chakra contained in it which floods his body. Because this Senjutsu Chakra is raw and is fueled by the enzymes extracted from Jugo's DNA, the user will experience a physical transformation unique to him. As the seal opens, the previous black markings glow almost like fire and grow covering the user completely. As the transformation ends, his skin gains a grayish tone, his sclera becomes black and his eyes change in shape. The transformation is unique from user to user but always has some animalistic feature to it. While active, the seal actively consumes the users chakra in order to produce and fuel Senjutsu Chakra into his body.While in this stage the user gains +20 damage to his elemental Ninjutsu and +10 to his Taijutsu. His physical strength is improved as is his speed. Once it deactivates (regardless of being willed or timing out) it leaves the user drained of stamina for 3 turns as well as unable to mold chakra above B-Rank or use Taijutsu above D-Rank for 3 turns. His speed drops drastically (2 ranks) as the damage and pain produced by the stress on his body overcomes the user. After those 4 turns, the user regains some of his ability to mold chakra, with each turn increasing by one the rank of chakra he can mold. His physical penalties however aren't recovered unless the user is healed.

Description: The user wills the opening of the cursed seal partially, giving him more chakra and more strength, as the Senjutsu Chakra contained within the seal is unleashed upon the users body in a reduced amount. Patterned red lines that extend from the Cursed Seal on the body of the user course through the user's body, covering it in a repetitive pattern as their body surges with chakra. Wind
Due to their mastery of the wind element, Roy can use wind jutsus with reduced hand seals, allowing him to easily perform jutsus which require 3/4 hand seals with one and use those which don't need hand seals extremely fast, making Wind release as his speciality and his most used out of the 5 basic elements.
Sound Mastery
Roy had managed to get the help of a man known as Emperor in the learning of an amazingly rare ability which allows a ninja to manipulate Sound waves. Roy began his training with this man, and later managed to finish it with a fellow student known as Azazel, as his sensei had disappeared.
Kenjutsu
Roy's mastery of the Sword Arts allows him to have quick reflexes when swinging a sword. Roy carries four Katanas with him at all times, two on his right side the other two on his left. These are normal Katanas and have no special abilities, though he keeps them close in case a close quarter Kenjutsu battle breaks out during his travels or missions. In addition to that, he also has a Bow on his back with specially made arrows along with it, the arrows can bend and attack an opponent in an arc, rather than heading straight towards them (I have customs for the bow and arrows.)
