I really don't think Hashirama's era, what happened like 80 to 100 years ago in the manga, is the current era...
That and the fact that your top 3 are Senju makes me think this a fanboy thread.

Itachi- prevents a major war

Minato- died along side his wife protecting the village also involved in the war era

Jiraya- died trying to protect the ninja world

And crap like masetry of jutsu, first medical ninja, made the list!

Hmm ... based on the abilities showcased right now, I'd have to say:

1. Madara Uchiha
2. Naruto Uzumaki
3. Sasuke Uchiha
4. Hashirama Senju
5. Minato Namikaze

The more techniques revealed and the more battles showcases I see will determine if I rearrange this or not. As for now, I think it's okay based on what I've seen.

By Modern Era i'm referring to the time since Hashirama and Madara's - the current.


1. Hashirama: Responsible for the villages, and so on, and the one who made peace after who knows how many years of bloodshed

2. Tobirama: Creator/implementer of the "organizational system" of the shinobi world

3. Tsunade: Responsible for the Medical ninjutsu branch of the Shinobi sect.

4. Naruto Uzumaki: the most influential ninja in the current world.

5. Hiruzen: Longest reigning Hokage went through 3 shinobi world wars. And always made sure the leaf won.



As you noticed top 3 are from Senju clan. No fanboyism, if you disagree, then you simply disagree. If you wanna debate about it i'll be happy to.

Some of you will say "why didn't i mention any other Kage".. well the thing is.. Hokage has always been the "leading" one.

how the hell u forgot Minato and Itachi? when u include Tsunade,Itachi and Minato are above that.

Orochimaru should be up there, his intelligence and ability to uncover the truths of this world not only lead Kabuto to enhancing Madara's body, but it seemed like he knew MUCH MUCH about nearly everything.

He even "founded his own village" and set up an impressive array of locations and hideouts where he performed his experiments.

Tsunade has been way more influential.. : Main reason of Konoha's victory in the second war, Creator of the Medical branch (which has saved countless lives), Hokage of the greatest village.... Madara's contribution = creating wars.. nothing else.

And Modern era =/= current era.

Itachi is above the person who created a section of the shinobi world, and made the laws for it? F*ck no. Same for Minato.

So Obito > TObirama influential wise right? since obito doesn't have those feats..

Fact: Noone gave a Sh*t about Obito until recently.. and people will forget him as time pasts....

fact: Tsuande is respect around the world for her medical ninjutsu, as a Hokage, as a Sanin.

Fact: Obito combined would never have the influence of Tsunade....

This isn't about power feats mate.. this is about influence on the shinobi people. Obito is nothing more then what Madara was to Hashirama.....

Tsunade is the only reason the Gokage stood a chance? Well they still got absolutely fodderized so that's irrelevant.
Leader of most dangerous organization in the manga by far? Obito.
Started a world war? Obito.
Becoming God? Obito.
Behind the capture of 7/9 Bijju? Obito.
Could very well destroy the world as they know it? Obito.
Tsunade is nothing to him.
