Sasuke's eyes are not his own (while Obito's kamui is his and only his), they belong to Itachi; He has attained almost everything before he's got MS due to Orochimaru and CM. What's the big difference between this and Obito's case? Without Orochimaru's help Sasuke would've been weakling, as well as Obito without Madara/Zetsu. It's pointless speaking of "He's only powerful because of XXX, without it he's nothing", because SURPRISE! He's not without it, so he's not nothing. Just deal with it.

Itachi got rid of Orochimaru's influence inside Sasuke when the two brothers fought in the Uchiha's Hideout, and Itachi's Eyes are from the Uchiha bloodline. Everything Sasuke has right now is from the Uchiha bloodline.

I never talked about powerups Sasuke/Obito got from other people, I'm just talking about bloodlines.

We don't know it. I admit it's the most logical case, but there's no direct proof in manga for the reason of him using his Kamui so frequantly. Remember Kakashi's used it many times already, and he doesn't seem like getting blind at all.

But Kakashi implied it when he fought against Itachi in Part 1. Kakashi already knew using MS would render the user blind when he used it more often.

How could you explain Kakashi discovered the eyesight reduction of Itachi's MS? Kishimoto had this point on his pocket. Seems like Kakashi was working on his MS in part 1, lass. Kakashi couldn't just awake is MS in the first time during the chase for Deidara. He had to practice with it before... how did Kakashi know about it?

Yeah, I know this one was my own guess-working, that's why I said "possibly" between colons. There is the other possibility, that maybe Kakashi doesn't have a good eyesight anymore.
