which madara are you talking about?. if its ems madara then he loses, if its edo madara then they are equal.

obitos rinnegan and mokuton isnt even a factor against anyone on base kakashis tier. all you're doing is mindlessly listing powers and completely disregarding the actual strength of the jutsus.

That was while he held up the barrier. And yes, the chakra is instantly replenished, so Tobirama can re-use the same technique over and over again.
