Genjutsu = Illusion Technique, Aizen doesn't use a technique, he uses his Shikai's power, and jutsu refers to ninja arts.

and FYI jutsu is just japanese for technique it doesnt refer or specifally only apply to ninja

ok you obviously dont speak japanese but i do, and im telling you now go back and listen to it in japanese you will hear them saying jutsu its just not overused and promoted like in naruto at the end of every technique because they have different names for the moves in bleach and they dont end in technique because thts how naruto moves have been marketed
