4. toad summon
5. infinite sage mode
6. frog kata
7. sensor skills
8. improved speed and reflexes

sasuke have without itachi eyes:

1. no genjutsu
2. no susanoo
3. no enton
4. no amaterasu
5. chidori without eyes made damage for user
6. no kirin ( maybe)
   
7. no chidori variation ( maybe)
8. sasuke might use some weak katon jutsu
9. sasuke can use summon
10. sasuke can use kenjutsu

I agree that Sasuke at his full potential is currently weaker than Naruto at full strength.

However, I've said it before, and I'll say it again, here. Analyzing characters without all of their abilities is absolutely pointless. The bottom line is that Naruto DOES have Kurama, and Sasuke DOES have EMS.

BS all this was performed with a 3 Tomoe you said you were only taking away Itachis eyes (EMS) not the Sharingan as a whole also Amaterasu, Enton and his Complete Susanoo were all used in the Kage Summit BEFORE he transplanted Itachi's eyes
