Going by feats and manga knowledge and not hype the clear winner here is Itachi. He became a chuunin at the age of 10 and at 7 years old he graduated the best in the academy.[

More natural talent... Regrettably, I give this to Itachi. While they're both prodigies, Itachi is a prodigy amongst the Uchiha clan and basically everyone which says a lot since the Uchiha would be considered a genius clan.

They're fairly equal across the board, intelligence, fighting ability, base speed. Itachi does have a kkg which is a natural hereditary talent, yet Minato is good with seals has ftg and invented a jutsu. I can't call it
