Ryth: *to the whole class* The Sky Drop. One of our developed techniques that uses our own powers of nullification coupled with our natural immortality. Designed for Observers who do not have complete access to flight abilities. The principles are similar to "diving", as humans once called it. However, we have made this technique our own.

During this stage, you must learn to coat your entire body in nullification powers to be able to absorb the shockwaves of impact. Now. Try and coat yourself in your power. It is a straining process that requires a few tries, or hours of practice, depending on your skill level.

Staz walked out of the room and into the courtyard where there was a huge drop into the common housing below. He threw himself off the edge vertically. His triangle formed and he solely concentrated on covering his body. A red aura dimly formed around his outline as he crashed into one of the houses that were abandoned.

“Ahhhhhhhhhh"

He didn't do it too well and now both his legs are bruised.

Lilly: "I was climbing a tree and trying to figure out what monkeys feel when they do so, and then there was a banana peel and I slipped. I'm fine though."

*Nia giggles at the student's failure yet will to learn as she looks at him over the edge.*

"I guess we do jump."

*Kal-El jumps vertically and soars downward. He absorbs almost all the shock as he flips forwards and lands on his feet. The flip moved his hood back and pushed his hair back as well. With his hood off he could easily be noticed as the prince.*

*Kal-El surrounds his body in his nullification aura.*

"We jump now?"

Ryth: The Observer military isn't as demanding as the Guardians, but it's a good jumping off point. *he acknowledges Nia's natural talents*

Ryth: *divebombs down and picks up Staz, using his velocity to propel himself upward and back onto the edge of the runway* Good. A little pain never hurt anyone.

Ryth: *to the entire class* We'll start by taking jumps down to the residential area, just as your classmate Staz just demonstrated... You won't reach terminal velocity but it's a good practice run.

*he presses a button next to a platform* Since none of you know flight yet, This platform will go up and down between the two areas. Keep practicing until you can commit to the exercise properly; as in, landing perfectly to the residential areas.

*Ryth divebombs to the residential areas, causing a small shockwave when he hits the bottom. The surrounding area is unharmed, however. He could have easily flown down, but he chose to demonstrate his own skill*
