Sasuke managed to perfectly sync his charka power with Naruto, this means that Sasuke has incredible reserves, perhaps EMS gives birth to more charka as well? Ideas? This seems like a very good reasoning on balance as Naruto had a Rasenshuriken the size of his toad, however sasuke's arrow apparently was in sync with it.

As soon these random power up threads, Sasuke is already balanced but hasn't had to unleash his fury to the max as Itachi just put a pacifier in Kabuto's Mind "mouth"

I think its the other way round. It was Naruto who knew he could sync with Sasuke, so he wsa the one who measured sasuke chakra amount in the arrow and threw a perfect Rasen Shuriken to merge it. Sasuke only aimed for the juubi, Naruto aimed for Sasuke arrow, thats why he souted his name to let him hasten his attack.
Naruto could have thrown a bigger rasen shruriken than what he threw.

It doesn't prove that Sasuke has high chakra reserves... Because it could mean Sasuke is now almost out of chakra while Naruto could still have more than half of his chakra reserves.

In other words... yeah, they had sync, but you can't prove more than that.

well thats a very high possibility too, however I do think sasuke and naruto just matched eachother possibly.

i'm pretty sure kishi totally ignores his own plot once again. why ? because he doesn't care as long as a scene looks cool. Supposedly Naruto's huge chakra used to balance talents of sasuke. Now sasuke seems to have a total of kyuubi + naruto chakra AND ems for no reason at all.

The chakra used for both jutsus were equal, that doesn't mean they have the same amount of reserves. They are trying to make a collaboration attack, this is not a race which they compare their reserves.

You forgot Nagato , Kushina , Madara , Rikudo ,Tsunade ,3th Raikage , Tobirama :|

Plus Sasuke is said to have a great chakra reserve by Kakashi ( but not as much as Naruto ) and is said to have the same strong Chakra as Madara.
Sasuke MS dosen't count because of the side effects of the MS.

They just meant that they balance those particular Jutsu, Tobirama said nothing about Naruto and Sasuke themselves.

As far as the manga has shown Naruto>Sasuke.

Proof please that Sasuke sync the Arrow with the RS or please show me a proof that shows 1 Big Arrow from Sasuke with Enotn means HIGH chakra reserves for wtf are we talking about rofl it is like Naruto can throw 3-4 Odama RS since Sasuke can aim 1-2 arrows making a big Arrow doesnt mean u ahve high chakra reserves and i wont be suprised if Sasuke need a little time next chapter for Chakra recovery.
