naruto not getting sealed with kyuubi

and

sasuke not being born as an uchiha

naruto would have:-multiple shadow clone technique,rasengan and it's variants,rasen shuriken,infinite sage mode
would not have:-kcm mode,bijuu mode,bijuu dama


and if it comes to sasuke

sasuke would have:-chidori(but may be of no use as stated by minato chidori is a incomplete technique as you can't see things around you while holding a powerful chakra in his hand),kirin(maybe)
would not have:-sharingan and it's different types,curse mark mode,amateresu,tsukuyomi,susanoo,enton

Well the difference is, Sasuke is an Uchiha and it's his actual power, while Uzumaki doesn't get born with the power to acquire a tailed beast... so Sasuke's Sharingan is always his own power while Naruto is using someone else's power for himself.
