If he had the Rinnegan already why didn't he just control the Juubi instead of sealing it? Answer: He didn't have the Rinnegan until he sealed the Juubi and it later manifested while he was the Jinchuriki.

He survived the extraction of the Juubi (In which he later sealed in the moon). Who are known for their strong life force and known to be able to survive the extraction of a Bjiuu? KUSHINA (An Uzumaki).

The Uchiha and Senju powers come from the Juubi and not the Sage, in the same manner that you're talking about. That has become clear by looking at the Juubi itself, the Tomoed Rinnegan and the humongous Mokuton mountain on its back(also the fact that Obito was able to use Moukuton Sashiki through the Juubi is not a coincidence).

The Sharingan was the special trait of the Uchiha and Mokuton for Hashirama. The Juubi is their ancestor, not the Sage, he was just a medium for their birth. His incredible life force that kept him from dying when he removed the Juubi from himself is proof that he is an Uzumaki.

The reason people didn't believe Obito was Tobi was that it made no sense not that it was so obvious.

The idea that Obito got crushed by a boulder, used his Sharingan ability for the first time, and fell into Madaras hidden base that just so happened to be right below the place where Obito got crushed is completely asinine.

Obito being Tobi is the second worst thing that has happened in that manga, right after Naruto having nothing to do with bring back Sasuke to the good side.

Rikudo is either an Uzumaki or a Hyuuga.

He could be a Hyuuga because the Rinnegan looks like a mix between the Juubi's eye and the Byakugan.
