She got cut in 2. But she could have the power too heal, but she is dead , why? because:

Sakura summon Katsuyu, and she was able even able to summon this slug even if Tsunade already summon it.

You know what happen when a summoner die, what happen to the summon( its go back too his dimension).


So if Sakura was able to summon it, its mean that Tsunade is dead.
