Sasuke VS Naruto, i don't want to go there.

But regarding your thread EMS Amaterasu or Rasenshruiekn, if you put them against each other jutsu vs jutsu then Rasenshuriken wins, If sasuke sets it on fire nothing is gonna happen, i doubt it will "detonate", it will most certainly not stop either so in my opinion Sasuke setting it on fire would just make it worse because he would get hit by a flaming rasenshuriken which is way stronger than a regular one.

Now in terms of destruction power and what not, i guess the rasenshuriken takes first place here as well because if has a wider range of action, it is more versatile and it causes more damage. I'm not saying Amaterasu isn't powerful but as we saw it doesn't really burn you up instantly and if you are fast enough you can avoid it and if it's not a direct hit then no damage is done, while with the rasenshuriken even if you get caught in the blast you still get damaged even if it doesn't hit you spot on.

i'm biased cause i like sasuke more but isn't it naruto?
cause right now he has the kyubi's power and naruto was the same level as sasuke before he mastered the kyubi's power even if he did take a while to catch up to sasuke.

Doesnt really matter, the flames are still the same just used a different way just like how Naruto uses Rasenshuriken he used to use it like a normal Rasengan but now he throws it, the destructive force and strength remain the same in both cases.

rasenshuriken hits you at a cellular level, whilst amaterasu hits you at an atomic level, maybe even further down - amaterasu can almost destroy anything even fire itself.

Rasenshuriken damages at molecular level, and it's power is overhelming, not to mention that it's a pretty dense mass of chakra.

Amaterasu is fire element (okay, Enton, but that's just an advanced form of the fire element), and in consequence, Amaterasu > Rasenshuriken

Rasenshuriken Strength + Speed + Molecular Damage + Accuracy > Amaterasu Strength + Atomic Damage

Result in a clash...

Amaterasu would get pushed back by the Rasenshuriken and would burn Sasuke.

Conclusion: Amaterasu is stronger, but the one damaged by the Amaterasu would be Sasuke, because Naruto has way better control over his jutsu.
