Technicialy Sasuse didnt defeat 1 single villain in the series . Really . He though he defeated Orochimaru , but he was still alive after it and thanks to Itachi he didnt Get Sasuke's body . Itachi died cuz his sickness . Deidara suicided. Danzo Suicided. He couldnt even caprute Bee with his "Tiki - Taka" Team . Yes he helped Itaci to kill Kabuto that is it .

Orochimaru's continued survival didn´t mean Sasuke didn´t defeat him, Danzo's and Deidara's suicides occurred because they were just about defeated, no matter the circumstance. Ninja seek out the best opportunity to best their foes, so almost any circumstance holds. If you couple in defeat and a kill as a synonym then you´re not thinking that clearly.

Also, Bee was caught unaware by the Amaterasu and retreated as a result, but it´s still a defeat in some sense. Though in actuality Bee won at a strategic level, so I´m not going to deny things didn´t go as Taka had planned.
