Sasuke needing Kirin for Kimimaro is completely ridiculous.

-Katon will roast Kimimaro is he takes a direct hit, his bones are durable, not fireproof.

-Chidori Spear will easily cut through Kimimaro's bones. His bones were said to be as hard as steel, Sasuke effortlessly cut through steel using his Chidori spear.

-Sasuke still has 3-Tomoe for Genjutsu and for evading all of his attacks.

Sasuke would destroy Kimimaro, easily.

My bad, I was referring to the sword but I got the names mixed up and said Chidori Spear.
