I can't tell because as I said, the only things that weren't explained back on the chakra nature types lesson was the medical ninjutsu and genjutsu mechanics, which both are connected to her.
All I know is you have to master both Yin and Yang releases. Which, apparently, she might do.

I didn't say Sakura will spill acid. Like Naruto has the battle Frogs, so could Sakura have a battle or more, Slugs and THEY should be the one doing it.
And the huge chakra supply is simply covered by the Yin Seal.
Well, think about it... It went through rocks like nothing, why wouldn't it go through the skin of the Juubi or through Madara's Susano'o since Mei's acid did so and Mei was shown to barely be able to melt some walls, while Katsuyu's acid went through rocks, easily.

That wouldn't do anything to the Juubi.
