1- Edo Minato/Edo Hashirama(waiting for more feats to dissociate them)
2- Edo Minato/Edo Hashirama
3- Edo Tobirama
4- Edo Hiruzen

Thoughts?

Seems fine to be honest but I'm still kinda convinced that Edo Hashi > Edo Minato.

The rest are irrelevant. The best that Tobirama will do is help out against Madara to evenly match the power-ups he's gotten and Hiruzen the same. Hashirama will be dealing the massive damage along with restricting the Juubi if needed; While Minato is the sealing Master.

Hashirama and Minato are more important.

Hashirama is auto top, we barely have seen the other Kages in a all out fight, especially Tobirama who lifted his fingers and nearly destroyed the building.

I never said he didn't, but it pales in comparison to Minato's vast knowledge and ability with sealing. Minato also taught Hiruzen the technique.
