People are getting hyped up for NaruSaku just becasue of the first panels. It was just a joke, geez.

Naruto knows Sakura likes Sasuke and respects that. She already went and hugged him, and Naruto rejected her. Sakura has been waiting for Sasuke to come back since the end of the original series.

Even Sasuke showed her some recognition... he said her name at least. He didn't say a word to Naruto and didn't speak directly to the others.

The Hinata/Naruto flirt has been going since ages, he ain't gonna shove her off at this point in time.

In the Panel above ^^ you can see she's still treats Naruto like "the friend" she beats on, rather than her lover.

I agree. People are taking this way too literally. It was simply a joke and Sakura's reaction made that clear.

Kishi threw in Minato saying how Sakura reminded him of Kushina for a reason and that was to throw the readers off since it was so strong with Naruto and Hinata for the past few chapters now. Naruto knows how Sakura feels about Sasuke and he also has known that Hinata really admires him... so with that said, make of it what you will.
