Tsunade cured Sasuke after he was hit by Tsukuyomi. Hashirama is a lot better than Tsunade at Medical Ninjutsu. Even if he does get hit by it his stamina is insane and will have little effect.

Makes no sense. First of all, Minato was not an Uzumaki. Second of all, he learned every one of his sealing technique from Kushina. Third of all, if Kushina had not suppressed the powers of the Kyuubi than Minato would've failed to seal the Kyuubi.

2.madara`s gigantic PS counters amaterasu
3.itachi`s KA is debatable
4.totsuka blade wont have a chance to be used since madara can send multiple bijuudamas+susanoo swords to bombard itachi,itachi will have to defend,rather than attack
5.izanami:look at number four.he wont have the opportunity to do it while madara sends all those at him

Minato is a master of seals and he learnt them all from Kushina who is an uzumaki...
Sealing techs have shown to be one of the most deadly and usefull techniques....
Also i dont remember kushina doing much there but whatever my point is that sealing techs are his most deadly techs

How do you know it can be used instantly ? The times we've seen it used were when people were just standing still, talking... Itachi has never used it in the midst of battle, when fighting his opponants.
