lucky 7 choumei is a boss, honestly I'm a fan of all the jinchuuriki's, but fu with her green hair just looked so cool, her tailed beast even more so, for awhile I thought it had mokuton since it's tails/wings look kinda plantlike, I think all of the jinchuuriki's should've had more detailed backstories, even their own chapter in some cases, Han is so cool and yet we know crap about him. Sorry for the mini rant.

Im actually a huge fan of Guy and Rock lee considering they work the hardest and are the only ninjas who had nothing given to them such as... special clan abilities, special teaching or training, KKGs, or anything else

Currently though I am interested in starting the epic battle of Itachi vs Minato.. Kinda give the Narutobase a 'War" theme while the manga has the war as well.
