Well Madara has been using A LOT of chakara and he never seemed tired at all. Hes used more chakara then any Edo so far. The manga states that Edo's have "unlimited" chakara meaning they never run out. Now if the manga states that their chakara regenerates then that is something different.

Sure it does, edo's don't show fatigue, don't feel pain and unlimited chakra...

Minato teleported bijuu damas incomparable to the size of the juubi's.. and after about 2 + kyuubi, he didn't even have enough to put up a barrier
