Do you consider fetuses a part of a woman's body? If so, what brings you to that conclusion? Babies are connected in someway to their mother. Can you truly give someone the right to decide whether another human being has the right to live? Rape victims should be able to kill the babies just because it was conceived by force? Contraception is a freedom but isn't life the ultimate freedom? I do understand child birth is painful but that pain is temporary. I honestly don't know where to stand on this topic.

I do realize some women abort their baby in early stages even though the baby isn't technically alive and is just a bunch of cells trying to form a baby it doesn't change the fact that you're stopping a human being from being born. The world will be over-populated one day but that's another topic.

Well .. I agree that a few minutes/hours of pain can bring life long happiness's .. but then again if that pain isn't bringing you happiness then what's the point .. And I'm sure the child wouldn't wanna be father-less either .. so I mean it's your choice .. Contraception should not be outlawed, nor is there a black and white definition of it. Condoms and diaphragms? Contraception, the tools that you use BEFORE conception happens. There should be no reason why people would be against using these tools nor having a prescription injection to be egg-free for several months. Absolutely no reason at all.

What I don't like, is when women wait until their 2nd or 3rd trimester to terminate their pregnancy. That's just irresponsible and cruel. And don't forget the "I don't want to ruin my body" type of women...how selfish.

I've read your past posts on different threads some of them mine, you seem like the type who is a strong believer of personal freedoms and liberties/rights. Isn't contraception a freedom to end someone else's freedom?

Not most of it, no. Condoms, injections, pills, and diaphragms do not terminate someone else's freedom, because there wasn't a new, third party to begin with.

I agree that the government nor any other 3rd party should have a say in what a human being does with their body as government's job is to protect the property of the people. (John Locke, the guy who provided the beliefs that we've built our constitution on.)

However, this idea applies to babies, both born and unborn, that when the bridge of life has been built, government is obligated to protect it by any and all means.

In my opinion, abortion should only be legal when the fetus/child threatens the life of another.

It is possible for a 13 year old to have a baby without complications and with are current improvements in the medical field pain-killers cut down the amount of pain taken by a significant number, not saying there will be no pain.
