The top five are:
1: Hashirama/Edo Tensei Madara
2: Alive Madara/Obito
3: Obito/Alive Madara
4: Healthy Nagato
5: Current Naruto
6: Dragon Sage Mode Kabuto
7: Minato/Itachi
8: Itachi/Minato
9: Killer Bee/Sasuke
10: Sasuke/Killer Bee
Decided to do a few more.... But from what we've seen. . I sort of think that's how the list would look. Tiers still work better though.

Madara is way stronger now then he ever was alive. You guys need to keep in mind that he is a Edo Tensei. Durring his fights we have seen many different situations where he would have died. But, because of the Edo Tensei reformed the damage. Not only that, but Kabuto has already said that in the Case of Madara's Edo Tensei, he has improved the Jutsu bringing back Madara beyond his Prime..
