Radec-sensei: Radec Visari. You will refer to me and the other senseis with our proper title. Each one of us specializes in a certain field of ninja arts. Long range is not necessarily my strong point. Perhaps I'd direct you to Nova, he's our long range sensei. He's not that hard to miss; he's wearing an Akatsuki cloak like me, and he's a user of Star Chakra.

Hello, Radec-sensei. I am Emishi from Sunagakure. I'm looking to join the Akatsuki. I specialize in Yin Release jutsu. I'm a reaper of sorts. I collect the strongest souls to further my goals to hopefully learn from the God of Death himself and earn the weapons of a Shinigami.

Radec-sensei: now you're someone who knows their manners. You have some hefty goals. Unfortunately, I am the NinTaijutusu and defensive tactics specialist. While each sensei is well versed in all arts, we tend to focus on a certain field. If you want to better your Yin Release, find Yura-sensei or Mack-sensei. You can't miss them; they're both Blood users, and quite menacing in my opinion. Yura is also the only female sensei here as well. I look forward to your growth, Emishi. Come to me should you want training in my areas of specialty.
