Kishi said that he keeps Naruto and Sasuke on the opposite sides of the yin/yang spectrum
What is your feeling toward Sasuke now that he has gone through drastic change throughout the series?

Sasuke is always in the corner of my mind. Naruto and Sasuke progress as a pair. So when I write about Naruto, I always have to think about Sasuke. They are on opposite sides of the spectrum, like yin and yang

The younger son=Yang and The Elder son=Yin

Naruto's power-ups focus on him getting Yang chakra and resembling the sage's "body"
Minato split kurama's chakra and gave naruto the yang

This is as far of the yin/yang spectrum that they can go.

If you're looking for Sasuke's next powerup then look no further, Itachi already gave him his spiritual weapons before departing to the afterlife: The Totsuka Blade and the Yata Mirror along with the activation of his EMS's Perfect Susanoo

Though Sasuke aint getting the rinnegan, he is gonna get more powerful and besides, Naruto is also gonna get more powers.
All those long things you wrote doesnt mean that there powers have reached its limits.

The Staff's whereabouts is currently unknown, and I seriously doubt Minato is in possession of it which he intends to give to Naruto since it was never hinted nor shown that he ever had it, more than anything it is Kurama's missing Yin Chakra which he is giving his son.

how exactly will minato give it to him,it's not that easy to hand over a bijuus chakra when it's sealed into you

Naruto could still go further with the Sage's Body... true, has has Bijuu chakra and Sage Mode (which are the natural power-ups for him), but I believe if his own bodily strength increased he could unlock more unique properties. At the very least, he could learn to use both his Modes at the same time.

Sasuke could go further with his Yin powers (increasing his Susano'o, increasing his Genjutsu, mastering Spiritual Weapons). We haven't seen as much of his powers, but I believe he could take his moves a lot further... I'm imagining a Susano'o the size of Madara's, equipped with Spiritual Weapons.

I agree neither of them will get the Rinnegan. I think Naruto's ultimate power will be becoming the Juubi Jinchuuriki when it's all said and done, but who knows how strong he'll get before that happens... I wonder if he'll get something from obtaining the Kyuubi's Yin chakra besides a strength boost?

Minato learned various Uzumaki Fūinjutsu from Kushina, and as such, it does not stretch credulity that Minato has the technique on how to transfer Kurama's Yin to his son. Rikūdo's Staff's whereabouts is unknown.

How will that happen if he doesnt have a rinnegan. The Juubi Jinchuriki must have a rinnegan.

Exactly this, in the event that Naruto becomes the Jūbi's Jinchūriki he will acquire the Rinnegan since it is also the method of how Rikūdo's Rinnegan awoke in the first place. Naruto will truly become the Second Rikūdo if that happens.

Apart from Sir Derps answer, checking up the creation of all things, the yang release is used to create the form(body), the ying release is used to give it life.
The ying chakra in Minato is not the kyuubi itself, just part of his chakra, so if pulled out from minato's body, it wont kill him. Minato isnt an uzumaki so he cannot contain the main kyuubi itself which is the yang so he took the ying part.
Besides, he is an edo tensei anyway.
