And yes, yet again he survived all the hard fights, because here you can see him again when the Alliance showed up to help Naruto, Kakashi, Killer B and Gay vs Madara/Obito and the Juubi! He is giving that look "finally, time to kill you Madara!"... He is not even impressed by the Juubi. Chances are high he has Kyuubi Chakra too, now!
