It does say something like that but you can't find one case of that in the manga, madara didn't kill his brother, itachi didn't kill shushi, and sasuke didn't itachi..when it comes to the Uchiha there are a lot of inconsistancies

Shisui's name is on the list. It's just a typo. The Koto Amatsukami is a mind-control technique that is nearly impossible to detect. Meaning, simply, that the one being controlled has no idea they're being controlled. Pretty helpful if I do say so myself :\

Izanami and Izanagi are powers of the Sharingan, and not the Mangekyo, to the best of my knowledge.

I gotcha and if he didn't t have susanoo before then having itachis eyes then make it possible for him to have it.

Sasuke did have the Susano'o before. Itachi's eyes having an effect on this? I'm not sure about that at all.

Hmmm...That is an interesting point. I was debating earlier today if they just needed both eyes to be Mangekyo or if they needed to "awaken" the powers associated with each eye.

Of course. In such cases, we have to come to the correct conclusions by looking at the evidence presented. I tend to think that it tells us why those others failed. It wasn't the killing that was important, but the emotion. Something that Hashirama and Tobirama mentioned recently!

Obito doesnt have Susanoo because he doesnt posses a complete pair of MS. If he took Kakashi's eye back, then he would unlock Susanoo. you forgot shishui.....also it's not 100 percent certain that you would get susanoo if you have MS in both eyes...i think it's more of a bloodline thing ...it's like why obito does not have amaterasu ?? he has kamui tough ...also shishui had body flicker which no other uchiha has.....so the moves you get from MS are based on your bloodline.....im pretty sure sasuke/itachi are like madara' great grandkids. and obito was shisui's brother.

Itachi only implanted a defense against Obito if he ever saw his Sharingan. Thats why Itachis Mangekygo appeared when the Amaterasu got unleashed at Obito. Sasukes MS posses the ocular power to control the Black flames of amaterasu. He can manipulate the shapes and forms to turn them both defensive and offensive. Thats also why his Susanoo is half covered with the black flames in his EMS state.

Not only that, Itachi gave all his ocular abilities to Sasuke, Obito said so himself to Sasuke thats why he has Ama and Tsuku. Who knows if Itachi didnt then maybe Sasuke would have awakened different powers.

It's actually rare due to the fact that it causes a massive amount of strain on the user to the point that even if one could unlock susanoo that doesnt mean they are capable of handling it.

Also looking at how the series is going I think MS are different from one another or may even be Lineage related which would make Madara a great great grandfather of Itachi and Sasuke.

Sir you are mistaking. Itachi have Sasuke Amaterasu to use against Tobi to finish him off but even that was a one time thing. All of Sasuke's Mangekyou Sharingan powers are Sasuke's and Sasuke's alone.

There are three people able to use Susanoo that we know. Madara, Itachi and Sasuke. The things that these people have in common is that the all could use Tsukuyomi and 2 have been confirmed to be able to use Amaterasu. It's a good guess that Madara could use Amaterasu also. Why doesn't he use it? That's simple, it the same reason Sasuke isn't spamming Tsukuyomi. Madara's is weak it's not his technique of choice. It's very predictable and easy to block.

I have a question. Obito has a stock pile of sharingan eyes but his own eyes already have Mangekyou Sharingan what if Obito transplanted a eye and experienced a new lost and pain that makes you get a Mangekyou Sharingan. Would Obito awaken a new Mangekyou Sharingan from someone else's eye? Or it couldn't work because he already has Mangekyou Sharingan.

Obito doesn't have it.. he already pointed out you need both eyes to unlock that..

Though his becoming untouchable stuff could be his susanoo/ultimate defense which he obtained since at the moment he unlocked MS he and kakashi seemed connected.. he even got vision through kakashi's eye.

No you are mistaken go back to that chapter and you'll see Obito tell Sasuke that Itachi transferred his ocular powers to Sasuke along with that Amaterasu to hit Obito. Sasuke just awakened Susanoo but Ama and Tsuk was given to him.
