He's listing the people that could beat him ( In his own opinion ). Personally I would leave Kabuto and maybe Obito .....
1. Kabuto because He's already beaten Kabuto Sasuke was more of a hinderance than help during the fight xD
2. With Obito it's a little iffy it's quite the odd matchup
( I'm thinking of EDO Itachi when I say these things :3 )
