This shuriken was created by the first generation of Uchiha elders to pass down to the rest of the clan in order to grant them a powerful weapon to fight off their enemies. The shuriken, as the name suggests, has three points, obviously symbolic of the Sharingan. The weapon was intended to be used by the “guardians” of the clan, that is, those who activated all three tomoe of the Sharingan. The weapon was forged with several seals all over it that would react to the three tomoe Sharingan. The seals also sealed the jutsu knowledge of the elders in it, granting it the ability to disrupt elemental jutsu. If used in battle normally… it’s very much an unwieldy shuriken, being nothing but dead weight. With the activation of the Sharingan you can use this in battle and it is LETHAL

I'm going to assist you with one of my Shadow Clones to search for this artifact outside of Konoha near the end of the Land of Fire.

Sito: *after divulging what he knew to be an attack from akatsuki on konoha, Sito waits for Flash-sama response.

Were heading north about 100 miles near the edge to where the Uchiha clan used to settle before, they became apart of Konoha. Casts Wind Release: Running Wind God technique and starts on the way (traveling post 3)

Sito: *Leaves the Hokage mansion through the window and lands on a waiting cloud, he then tracks down Fubuki using his wind affinity which allows him to speak to the wind, which makes him an almost perfect tracker, after locking on to Fubuki's location he begins following him, executing the orders of Hokage-Sama.*
